"BOOT CAMP" & "HIIT" WORKOUTS:

The BOX-2B-FIT℠ heavy bags have cutting-edge sensor technology wrapping the bags that measures how fast a hit accelerates and points are assigned to each hit, the harder you hit, the more points you receive and this allows you to know how your body is performing.

After class you will receive an Email of your workout and you can also log into your account online or use our App to log in to see your workout details and workout history.

IMPACT SCORE

The Impact Score is a composite of count (number of strikes) and force (intensity) numbers. Good striking technique is about hitting *through* a target and not *at* the surface of the target. Therefore, hitting through a bag hard will accelerate it quicker than hitting lighter. That is what we measure for each strike.

AVG IMPACT FORCE

This number, up to 100, is the average force of your strikes throughout a workout. Especially for workouts involving 1000s of strikes, it’s an important metric to see how your strength is improving. Each strike is counted along with its intensity – the harder you hit, the higher your Impact Score.

IMPACT COUNT

The number of strikes (punches, elbows, knees, kicks) during your workout. The harder you hit the more points you get and the points keep accumulating. Therefore, hitting through a bag hard will accelerate it quicker than hitting lighter. That is what we measure for each strike.

HOW SMART HEAVY BAGS WORK?:

Here at BOX-2B-FIT℠ the two most important metrics are count (number of strikes) and force (intensity).

The Impact Score is a composite if those key numbers because we don’t measure force directly, like hitting a pressure plate, we had to find an indirect way to measure intensity.
